How can I pay for BHERC TV?

Credit and Debit Cards

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards. Cards must be enabled for recurring e-commerce transactions to work with BHERC TV.

Prepaid Cards

If you have a prepaid card with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express logo, you can enter your card’s information on our payment page. If the bank that issued the card approves our authorization request, we will accept this card for payment.


You can use your PayPal account to pay for BHERC TV.



Do you offer foreign films?

Yes!!!! We currently have films from seven countries from around the world.

How do I find TV shows and movies on BHERC TV?

BHERC TV uses a variety of methods to help you find movies to enjoy. You can find movies through Recommendations or Search, or by browsing through categories and simply clicking on the poster of the movie.

Can I see the content you have before subscribing?

Yes. On our home page click on the movie and it will take you directly to the film so that you can read the film description. Also, both plan options include a 7-day free trial

How do I find movies on BHERC TV?

BHERC TV uses a variety of methods to help you find movies to enjoy. You can find movies through Recommendations or Search, or by browsing through categories.

How does Search work?

Select “All Films” in the top right corner of the BHERC TV home page. This will produce a search bar at the top of the page where you can look by title, genre, etc.

BHERC TV allows you to search for movies in a variety of ways. While you’re searching, keep in mind:

  • If something you search for is too vague, BHERC TV will provide suggestions for people, titles, genres or directors that might be relevant.
  • At times, BHERC TV will have a placeholder for a movie that can be found in search but does not have a play button. These are typically for upcoming titles.


Managing Your Plan

Where can I see my plan and price?

To see your plan and price, go to your account page, then click “my subscription”.

How can I change my plan?

To change your plan, please cancel your subscription first (see below). Once your current plan expires, you can sign up for a new plan.

How do I update my payment information?

Payments are currently handled by PayPal. Please log into your PayPal account to update your payment information.

How do I see my BHERC TV billing history or monthly invoice?

If you would like to see your billing history, click “orders” from your account page.

How do I cancel BHERC TV?

We don’t want to see you go, but if you need to end your subscription, click “my subscription” from your account page, then click “cancel”.


Identifying Unexpected Charges

Why am I being charged more than I expected?

There are a few reasons you may be seeing a charge that was more than you expected.


Depending on where you live, you may be charged taxes in addition to your membership price. For more information about tax rates and amounts, see Questions About Tax.

How is the tax amount determined?

Tax rates can vary by county, city, or state, and are based on the rates applicable at the time of your monthly charge. These amounts can change over time with local tax requirements.

Are there any additional fees associated with the monthly BHERC TV charge?

BHERC TV only charges the monthly subscription fee, which may or may not include local tax depending on your location. Some financial institutions add additional transaction fees for foreign transactions. These fees are charged by your bank, so if you have questions, please contact your financial institution.

Does the monthly BHERC TV charge include sales tax?

The BHERC TV advertised price does not include sales tax. If sales tax applies, it is stated separately on your monthly invoice, which can be accessed in the Billing details section of your account page.


In some countries, card companies may charge an extra fee for cross-border transactions.


If you’ve added or changed your method of payment, you may see an authorization for roughly the same amount as the cost of the monthly BHERC TV membership. These requests are not charges but may temporarily affect your available balance until your financial institution releases the funds.

Plan change

If you or someone in your household upgraded your BHERC TV plan, your bill will reflect the upgraded plan price.

Why was I charged earlier than expected?

If your billing date is scheduled for a date that does not occur in a given month (such as the 31st), you’ll be billed on the last day of that month instead.

Why am I seeing multiple charges?

There are a few reasons you may be seeing multiple charges from BHERC TV. Please visit I’m seeing multiple or unauthorized charges from BHERC TV for more information.

What should I do if I don’t recognize the charges on my account?

If you don’t recognize a charge from BHERC TV, please report unauthorized charges to BHERC TV at [email protected].


Resolving Payment Issues

Why do I see a message that there’s a problem with my payment method?

This message indicates that BHERC TV was unable to receive a payment because the financial institution rejected the monthly charge. To resolve the issue, sign in to your BHERC TV account and update or change your payment method.

In most cases, this will resolve the issue. If you’re still having trouble updating your account with new payment information, please try a different payment method, or contact your financial institution to ensure your payment information is up to date and supports e-commerce transactions.
